Converse

Dealing with water, fire, smoke, or mold damage in Converse? Dr. Restorations LLC stops the damage from spreading, dries and cleans the affected areas, and restores your home. Once the damage is controlled, we repair and rebuild what was affected, from the first call through the final walkthrough.

Converse has grown fast, and most of what we work on here was built between the late 1990s and today: slab-on-grade, attic air handlers, and PEX or copper supply lines running through the ceiling space. That layout is efficient until a condensate pan rusts through or a fitting lets go, and then the water lands in the middle of the house rather than at the edge of it.

Ceiling losses are deceptive. The stain on the drywall is usually the smallest part of the problem, because insulation holds water and the top plate wicks it sideways. We pull back what's wet, dry the cavity, and take readings from above and below before anything gets closed up.

We cover Converse around the clock, and because it's a short run from our shop, crews are usually on site quickly enough to keep a ceiling loss from turning into a mold claim.
